Festival Highlights

The Hyderabad Tyagaraja Aradhana Music Festival (HTAMF) is a music festival to commemorate saint Tyagaraja, his contributions to music and to bring his great music & philosophy to share with the current & future generations.

The festival is a 5 day, 7 event festival. It kicks off with inauguration and hosts melodious concerts on all evenings. Day 4 morning hosts student-teacher community concerts. Day 5 morning is the main event of the festival, with Nagara Sankirtana, Guru Sanmanam, Pancharatna Seva, Abhishekam for Utsava Murthy of Sitaramalakshman hanuman Tyagaraja Abhshekam performed and famous artiste Kuchi Garu renders his live painting for the music.

Evening Concerts

Day 1 to 5 – The festival is a five day, 7 event festival. It kicks off with inauguration and hosts melodious concerts on all evenings. 15+ evening concerts are planned for this festival.

Guru Sanmanam

Day 5 – Sanskriti Foundation recognizes  and felicitates renowned musician for service and dedication to the field of Carnatic music.

Pancharatna Seva

Day 5 – More than 400+ artists from the twin cities participate in person to deliver a reverberating rendition of Tyagaraja sadhguru’s 5 ghana raga kritis.

Students Performance & Showcase

Day 4 – student-teacher community concerts are organized to provide promising students with a platform to perform and showcase their talent.

Abhishekam

Day 5- While the musical renditions are in progress,  Abhishekam for Utsava Murthy of Sitaramalakshman hanuman Tyagaraja Abhshekam performed

Nagara Sankeerthana

Day 5 – Early in the morning, the traditional procession of Unchavruti with Nagara Sankirtana is performed by students and patrons.
